By connecting your QuickBooks Online account to the VRY Expense Tracker application (the "Service") operated by The Every Co, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
The Service is an expense tracking and automation tool that integrates with QuickBooks Online via the Intuit API. It assists users in creating and managing expense entries within their QuickBooks Online account.
To use the Service, you must authorize access to your QuickBooks Online account via Intuit's OAuth 2.0 protocol. By authorizing access, you confirm that you have the right to grant such access and that your use complies with Intuit's terms of service.

Our handling of your QuickBooks data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Every Co, LLC shall not be liable for any errors in expense entries, data loss, or damages arising from the use of the Service. Users should verify all entries for accuracy.
You may discontinue use of the Service and revoke access at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa.
