The Every Co, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VRY Expense Tracker application (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you connect your QuickBooks Online account to our Service.

2. Information We Collect

When you authorize the Service to access your QuickBooks Online account, we may access the following data through the Intuit API:

• Company profile and account information
• Chart of accounts and expense categories
• Vendor and payee records
• Transaction data (expenses, bills, and related records)

We also collect OAuth tokens necessary to maintain your authorized connection.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the data accessed through QuickBooks Online solely to:

• Create and manage expense entries on your behalf
• Retrieve account and vendor information for accurate expense categorization
• Maintain your authorized session with QuickBooks Online

4. Data Storage and Security

We do not permanently store your QuickBooks financial data on our servers. Data is accessed in real-time via the Intuit API and used only during active sessions. OAuth credentials are stored securely and encrypted at rest. We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS/TLS encryption for all data in transit.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your QuickBooks data with any third parties. Your data is only transmitted between your authorized session and the Intuit API.

6. Data Retention and Deletion

OAuth tokens are retained only as long as your account connection is active. You may revoke access at any time through your QuickBooks Online account settings under "Manage connected apps." Upon disconnection, we delete all stored credentials within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Revoke the application's access to your QuickBooks data at any time
• Request information about what data we access
• Request deletion of any stored credentials

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
